He is a Registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and Director, Reign Energy Ltd

He is the President of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) for the 2026-2028 Council Term

He is the Deputy Chancellor, South Ankole Diocese of the Province of the Church of Uganda

He advises on investment law; energy and power infrastructure projects; power purchase agreements; building, construction and engineering law; project finance; PPPs; mining; oil and gas; intellectual property; IT and telecommunications; aviation; and cyber and space law

He has served as adjudicator and arbitrator in local and international commercial disputes under the UNCITRAL Model Law framework and before the ICC International Court of Arbitration

He is empanelled on the UIPE/ERB Adjudication Panel and the ICAMEK Arbitration Panels

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Makerere University; Diploma in Legal Practice (Law Development Centre); Bachelor of Science in Engineering (First Class Honours) from Makerere University; Master of Science in Engineering with Distinction Makerere University / University of Pretoria; Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths; Registered Engineer, Engineers Registration Board Uganda (R. Eng)

He is a professional Member of Construction Law Institute (FCLI); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (FCIArb); Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (M. UIPE); Uganda Law Society (ULS); East Africa Law Society (EALS)
