REQUIREMENTS:
Should have been a member of the Institute of good standing for at least a period of five years.
A recognized qualification in the built environment.
Membership of a relevant professional organization.
At least 10 years of demonstrable experience within the construction industry.
A commitment to actively support and contribute to the institute.
Successful completion of an accredited course on a subject related to Construction or Alternative Dispute Resolution.
