He holds a Master of Laws from Makerere University; a Postgraduate Diploma in Oil & Gas from UTAMU; Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Practice from the East African School of Taxation; Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University.
