Ivan is a Construction Manager, Civil Infrastructure Engineer and Railway Expert with 10 years of experience in design review, construction supervision and project coordination across Uganda and Tanzania

He has worked with International and Local Firms on water and railway projects.

He is currently an Assistant Track Engineer/Track Works Inspector with AARVEE Railway division

He possesses expertise in end-to-end railway construction, track rehabilitation, and track renewals.

He holds a Master of Science in Railway Engineering (Civil Infrastructure) from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia; Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Makerere University; Dip/Deg. Civil Engineering, Helsinki Metropolia UAS Finland.

He is a Member of the Construction Law Institute (MCLI); a Civil Engineering Technologist of the Engineers Registration Board of Uganda; Temporary Professional Engineer, Engineers registration Board, Tanzania; Technologist Member, Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers (TMUIPE); Member, Railway Engineering Institution, United Kingdom (MRailEl); Personal Member, Union of European Railway Engineers Association, Germany (UEEIV); Member, Construction Management Association of Uganda (CMAU)
