The first step is to choose one of our membership categories.

Membership applications undergo a thorough assessment process that takes into account a combination of academic qualifications, affiliation with other industry institutes, and workplace experience. Each criterion carries specific requirements, meticulously designed to ensure that all members possess the necessary qualifications and relevant experience. This rigorous evaluation guarantees that our members are appropriately qualified and experienced professionals, upholding the highest standards of excellence within our organisation.

HOW TO APPLY:

Complete the membership form.

Send the following to membership@constructionlawinstitute.com

  1. Completed Member Application Form. 
  2. Attachment of all the required documents basing on the membership category.

  1. Curriculum Vitae
  2. Two (2) Recommendations from current members of CLI
  3. All the requirements as listed for the particular class of membership that you are applying for
Terms and Conditions:

Referee Endorsement Form

This form should be completed by a person who is a member of a construction industry professional institute or professional organisation and who has known the applicant in a professional capacity for a minimum of two years.
All documents should be reviewed and signed by your referee. Please check each of the relevant boxes below to confirm that this has been done.
